We close the week with a wonderful learning space at InLearning Institutes! We delved into the world of #MentalLoad and #InclusiveParenting. It has been an enriching week, accompanying various organizations on their journey of diversity and inclusion.

We explored topics that gain greater relevance, especially on the eve of #MothersDay, such as #GenderRoles, #SharedResponsibility, #InclusiveParenting, and #Empowerment. These themes reflect the multiple challenges that women face daily, a situation that is exacerbated when considering intersectionality and the additional barriers that mothers must overcome.

We will continue working on the co-creation of safe work environments with equal opportunities for all individuals. We know that by working together, we can build a more inclusive, secure, and equitable society.
