Reliving powerful moments from the LGTBIQA+ VULNERABILITY STORIES event with Marriott in the framework of Pride Month!

During this incredible learning experience, we explored the variables of sexual identity and delved into the authentic experiences of four courageous STORIES, willing to share their experiences with each attendee.

Their personal STORIES lead us to see the world from another perspective, through vulnerability and empathy, allowing us to build more inclusive and respectful work environments. Reminding us that respect and acceptance are fundamental rights that every person deserves.

To end on a high note, we had a dynamic and enriching panel led by Mariano Formariz, where each participant had the opportunity to ask questions, clarify doubts, and delve deeper into the topics discussed. It was a space of open and constructive dialogue that brought us closer to understanding and mutual respect.

We want to thank all the attendees for their participation, openness, and willingness to learn and grow together. We also express our gratitude to #Marriott for allowing us to accompany them on their path of #Diversity and #Inclusion and their constant promotion of safe workspaces and equal opportunities. Finally, thanks to Alexandra Camarena, an ally of Interseccionale, for her invaluable support in creating learning spaces like this.

Let’s continue walking towards a future where all people, regardless of their sexual orientation, expression, or gender identity, can live with freedom, safety, and respect.
